Interviews might be a terrifying experience especially if you are a fresher. An interview is not just a test of your skills and experience but also your communication skills, confidence, body language, personality and other vital qualities. There’s an element of uncertainty in every interview. A panel of unknown people asking you questions that you aren’t prepared for is not a comfortable setting for many candidates.
